- Every internet user of all european countries and their transoceanic territories can participate once a week to the "Euro WebCharts".
- The voting is valid only if
- at least 3 titles were voted,
- at most 30 titles were voted,
- the right name of the participant was given and
- a valid email address was given.
- Specifying Hit-Tips is not required compulsively.
- A song that is on chart 40 weeks or longer have to hold or better for the next week, otherwise it will be discarded.
- The voting ends, if not different specified, everytime on Sunday 11:59 PM CET (Internet Time @999) before next issue.
- The Webmaster has the right to choose 5 titles out of all given Hit-Tips for participation in the next week. Normally are these the 5 most given titles.
- The webmaster commits, not to publicate email addresses and names out of the user database to other people.
